~ Plot the static drain characteristics of fet (a) Drain current v/s drain voltage characteristics for different fixed values of vgs. (b) Drain current v/s gate bias characteristics for different fixed values of vds. 

~ Calculate the fet parameters (drain dynamic resistance r,mutual conductance g,and amplification factor m) at agiven operating dmpoint.
